🚚 Refund and Returns Policy | Two R’s

🛍️ For Cairo & Other Governorates Customers:

Please try your item while the delivery courier is still present.

• If the item doesn’t suit you, you can return it immediately by simply covering the shipping cost.
• Once the courier leaves, returns are no longer available — only exchanges can be made at the store.
• For orders already received and paid for, returns are accepted only in-store within 14 days of receiving the item.
• You must bring the original invoice and the barcode ticket must be attached to the item.
• Exchange is available in-store for items included in the sale, but refunds are not allowed for discounted models after the courier leaves.
